The products purchased by buyers who cannot be present are delivered to the next-door flat or apartment attendant in homes, to receptionists in hospitals and hotels, to security guards in housing complexes, to department colleagues in workplaces, to officers or privates on duty in military hospitals and institutions, by taking their names and surnames.
The average delivery time for orders is 7 business days at the latest. All your orders are processed between 08.30 in the morning and 17.30 in the evening. Orders you place after these hours will be processed on the next business day. Similar reasons such as weather and natural conditions, heavy traffic and accidents may create exceptional situations in delivery time. Our company provides service 6 days a week. It is closed on Sundays. Order placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Changes may occur in accessories depending on our stocks. Order changes are made with customer approval in a way that will not cause an increase in prices or reduce the quality of the accessory.
